• Compensation: Up to $4,800 per shift
• Annual Income Potential: $400,000 – $450,000
• ED Volume: ~5,800 visits annually (low volume)
• Shift Model: 24-hour shifts
• Practice Environment: Low acuity, low stress
• Independent Contractor status with no tail obligation
• Specialty Support: IM, Family Practice, General Surgery, Radiology/Night Hawk

• Board Certification:
  • ABEM,
    or
  • Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with demonstrated EM experience
