John Jones Auto Group is hiring a Call Center Service/Reception Agent to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and support multiple dealership locations with professional service.
The role requires strong communication, basic CRM skills, and a proactive, friendly attitude. Typical hours are Mon-Thu 8-5, Fri 10-7, with up to 2 Saturdays per month in reception 8-5, and inclusive benefits are provided.
