This is an R Alliance full-time job based in Salem, IN.
- Assist the Shelter Director and Manager with shelter operations, direct client service, handling crisis and conflicts as they arise.
- Also, answers crisis calls and provides advocacy and support to victims.

Part-time 6 am- 2pm Wed & Friday Rotating weekend 8 hour shift.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
