We are seeking a reliable Case Management Assistant to support counselors by completing administrative tasks within the Mass Ability case management system. This role involves preparing documents, entering case information, organizing electronic files, and assisting counselors with daily case management activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist counselors with tasks in the Mass Ability case management system.
- Create documents, letters, case notes, and forms using system data.
- Initiate purchase orders and maintain case records.
- Organize and manage electronic files and documents.
- Provide visual assistance by reading or explaining information displayed on computer screens.
- Support counselors with administrative and case documentation tasks.
