Construction Estimator
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

As a Construction Estimator, you will support our pre‑construction team by creating accurate, competitive estimates for high‑quality commercial and institutional projects. Your work will influence project budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering.
Responsibilities- Review project specifications and construction drawings to determine scope and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed take‑offs and cost analyses for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontract work.
- Build and submit complete proposals, including budgeting, scheduling, and pricing strategies.
- Manage subcontractor invitations to bid and evaluate responses to ensure competitive pricing.
- Conduct subcontractor leveling and scope comparisons to support accurate buys.
- Perform project buy‑out and contracting after award.
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting, analyzing, and reconciling data.
- Establish relationships with industry partners and stay informed on trends that influence pricing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of construction industry experience (training available).
- Solid understanding of construction fundamentals, take‑offs, and estimating principles.
- Familiarity with blueprints and ability to interpret construction plans.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Procore, On‑Screen Takeoff (OST), and bidding platforms is a plus.
