Superintendent

$130000 - $170000 per year | Salem, MA | On-site | Permanent

Lead the jobsite, drive the schedule, and bring commercial & multifamily projects from plans to completion. A bit about us:

Our client is an established construction firm specializing in commercial and multifamily projects throughout the region. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining a collaborative, hands‑on approach to construction.

This company is looking for an experienced Superintendent to take ownership of field operations and help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Superintendent will serve as a key leader on the jobsite, coordinating subcontractors, managing day‑to‑day construction activities, and working closely with the Project Manager and broader project team from preconstruction through completion.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, communicate with a wide range of personalities, and keep a project moving when the inevitable construction curveballs show up.

Why join us?

This company understands that great projects start with great people. Superintendents are given the responsibility and autonomy to lead their jobsites while having the support of an experienced project team behind them.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead commercial and multifamily construction projects from the field
  • Take ownership of daily jobsite operations
  • Work alongside experienced Project Managers, subcontractors, architects, and owners
  • Have a meaningful impact on project quality, schedule, safety, and execution
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
  • Work on a variety of challenging construction projects
  • Join a team that values communication, accountability, and collaboration
  • Grow your career with an established construction organization
  • Be part of a company where your experience and judgment are valued

If you enjoy being the person who knows what's happening on the jobsite, what's happening next, and occasionally what's about to go wrong before anyone else notices, this could be a strong fit.
