Salem Prep High School will host a February Vacation Academy from February 23, 2026 to February 27, 2026. The Learning Academy will meet by appointment for small group learning, anytime during the hours of 8 AM to 2:30 PM, February 23rd to February 27th.

We are looking for special education teachers:. The focus of the camp will be
1) addressing gaps in learning
2) credit recovery.

What You'll Do:

During the February Vacation Learning Academy, Special Education teachers at Salem Prep will focus on intensive student support and academic recovery. Here is a breakdown of the primary responsibilities:

* Targeted Academic Support:
Schedule and facilitate small group and one-to-one tutoring sessions specifically for students requiring re-teach opportunities and credit recovery.

* Collaborative Assessment:
Conference with fellow Salem Prep educators to identify specific student needs and determine which individuals will benefit most from vacation programming.

* Parental Engagement:
Maintain direct communication with parents and guardians regarding the coordination and scheduling of their student's sessions.

* Individualized Instruction:
Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the unique learning requirements of students within the academy setting.

Compensation: STU Contracted Rate
