Job DescriptionSalem Public Schools is seeking dedicated educators to plan and facilitate a professional development breakout session during the Pre‑K Professional Learning day on June 22, 2026. These teachers will play a critical role in ensuring that the session is actionable, engaging, and anchored in best practices.
Responsibilities- Plan a 25‑minute session on a specific topic.
- Facilitate the same session three times during the PD day, rotating through three different groups of teachers.
- Submit agendas and initial drafts of all materials by Thursday, May 28th at 5:00 pm, receive feedback, and revise prior to the July 22nd session.
$90 for two hours of planning.

- Skilled in providing equitable access to the curriculum, especially for underserved populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, self‑directed, and capable of working independently.
- Current educator in a CPPI classroom in Salem.
- Demonstrated expertise in Early Learning instructional practices.
- Commitment to planning, revising, and facilitating a breakout session as described.
- Experience with Three Cheers curriculum implementation and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
