Salem Public Schools is seeking dedicated educators to plan and facilitate a professional development breakout session during the Pre‑K Professional Learning day on June 22, 2026. These teachers will play a critical role in ensuring that the session is actionable, engaging, and anchored in best practices.

• Plan a 25‑minute session on a specific topic.
• Facilitate the same session three times during the PD day, rotating through three different groups of teachers.
• Submit agendas and initial drafts of all materials by Thursday, May 28th at 5:00 pm, receive feedback, and revise prior to the July 22nd session.

$90 for two hours of planning.

• Unwavering belief that every student and teacher in Salem can grow and succeed.
• Skilled in providing equitable access to the curriculum, especially for underserved populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, self‑directed, and capable of working independently.

• Current educator in a CPPI classroom in Salem.
• Demonstrated expertise in Early Learning instructional practices.
• Commitment to planning, revising, and facilitating a breakout session as described.
• Experience with Three Cheers curriculum implementation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
