Having a love for Residence Life, the Director establishes a visionfor the residential experience that aligns with institutional priorities and ensures that residence life programs, services, and facilities contribute meaningfully to student development and retention. Reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President andDean of Students, the director is responsible for the overall direction of residence life, including professional staff leadership, residential education oversight, housing operations,and long-range planning for campus housing.
This role works collaboratively across the institution and with external partners to advance a high-quality, student-centered residential environment.

This is an onsite position in Salem, MA with on-campus, in-person responsibilities, which may require occasional work on evenings and weekends.
