Overview
Salem State University's School of Education prepares educators who serve classrooms and communities across Massachusetts. As Assistant Dean, Partnerships and Programs, you will help strengthen the relationships and systems that support this work.
In this role, you will develop and maintain partnerships with PK-12 school districts, community colleges, and community organizations while supporting the School's academic and programmatic initiatives. You will collect and analyze partnership and program data to inform continuous improvement efforts, oversee partnership agreements, and help coordinate initiatives that enhance educator preparation and student success.

- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Six or more years of experience in a role of similar complexity, subject area, and responsibility
- Demonstrated partnership and collaboration experiences
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing complex projects, systems, or operational functions.
- Doctoral degree in Education or a related field
- PK-12, community-based settings, and higher education/educator preparation collaboration experience
This is a hybridpositionin Salem, MA with on-campus, in-person responsibilities,which may requireoccasionalwork on evenings and weekends.
