Electrical Engineer

Haverhill, MA (Hybrid) | Full Time | $120-160k

An established engineering and technology organisation is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a hands‑on team developing and supporting advanced electronic products. This role focuses on sustaining and improving existing hardware through troubleshooting, testing, validation, engineering changes, and product enhancements, while also supporting ongoing development activities.

• Support and improve existing electronic products through modifications and engineering changes
• Troubleshoot PCB and circuit‑level issues across hardware systems
• Perform testing, validation, and root cause analysis activities
• Support manufacturing teams and resolve technical issues during builds
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation and work instructions
• Support ongoing product improvements and development initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering teams across the full product lifecycle
• Participate in lab‑based testing and hardware integration activities

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals
• Experience troubleshooting electronic circuits and PCB‑based systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Hands‑on experience working within a lab environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work across multiple technical areas
• Experience supporting manufacturing, product support, or sustaining activities is beneficial
• Exposure to analogue electronics, embedded systems, FPGA technologies, or EMI/EMC principles would be advantageous
