Overview
The budget analyst is a key member of the Budget and Financial Planning department. The budget analyst contributes to the development of a multi-year, all funds budget. This individual contributes to a strong internal control environment through monitoring of budget and actual fiscal activity, formulation of policies and procedures, and interaction with departmental staff and faculty. The budget analyst is a resource for colleagues throughout the university, responding to inquiries, presenting budget information, and training colleagues on budget management and financial reporting.
This position produces a variety of standard and ad hoc financial analyses including, but not limited to, multi-year budget forecasts, quarterly projections of revenues and expenses, and other reports to contribute to resource allocation decisions and internal controls.

This is a hybridpositionin Salem, MA with some on-campus, in-person responsibilities,which may require occasional work on evenings and weekends.
