- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Weekend Coverage (per assignment notes): Every other weekend (EOW)
- Float Requirement: Must be willing to float across 8 Med/Surg Tele areas (including ED and overflow as needed)

Telemetry RN Requirements (Travel Nursing)- License: Active Massachusetts RN license (MA RN)
- Certifications: AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Experience: Two years of acute care hospital experience
- Telemetry Skills: Measure intervals and interpret telemetry strips per unit practice (every 4 hours)
- Clinical Skills: Cardiac drips experience; TR Band experience; strong dysrhythmia recognition
- Float Pool Readiness: Ability to adapt quickly to different unit workflows, patient populations, and priorities
- Onboarding: Ability to complete required medication and dysrhythmia exams during onboarding
- Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care across Med/Surg Tele inpatient units within the float pool
- Provide continuous cardiac monitoring, manage cardiac drips, and escalate changes in patient condition per protocol
- Interpret, document, and trend telemetry strips as required; maintain accurate, timely charting in Epic
- Support diverse patient needs, including ED border patients, acute mental health medication nurse coverage, and non-vented ICU transfer-ready patients
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, prioritize patient needs, and improve outcomes
- Work within typical ratios:
Days/Eves up to 5:1;
Nights up to 6:1
