This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salem, MA, for a Laboratory Manager. The Laboratory Manager will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining quality standards, and managing laboratory staff. Responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, managing laboratory equipment, supporting research and development initiatives, and optimizing laboratory workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in Quality Control practices and Laboratory Skills
• Experience with Laboratory Equipment and maintenance
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Research and Development (R&D) processes
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage and train staff
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
