Certification Details
- Float Pool M/S Tele RN position requiring willingness to float to 8 different units.
- Responsible for cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and reading telemetry strips.
- Two years of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours.
- TR Band experience required.
- Care for ED border patients, medication nurse in acute mental health unit, and care for non-vented patients transfer ready in ICU.
- Clinician to patient ratio:
Days & Eves up to 5:1, Nights up to 6:1. - Rotation includes Days/Eves with 1 to 3 rotations to Nights per contract.
- EMR system used is EPIC.
Job Details
- Active Massachusetts RN License required.
- Two years of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Telemetry monitoring skills including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours.
- Ability to perform cardiac drips and read telemetry strips.
- TR Band experience required.
Job Requirements
- 36 hours per week.
- Days/Eves/Nights rotation.
- Rotate and every other week (EOW) schedule.
Schedule Information
- Float Pool RN must be willing to float between 8 different units including Davenport 5, 7, 8, 9, ED, PH6/7, Pingree 4, and Overflow units.
