Travel Medical ICU Registered Nurse

Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) assignment in Salem, Massachusetts.

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 36 hours per week; 12‑hour day shifts
• Employment Type: Travel
• Schedule: MICU nights & EOW – 36 or 48‑hour shifts (floating required). Rotating day shifts (7 a‑7 p, 11 a‑11 p, or 7 p‑7 a); night shifts do not rotate.

• Unit Name: Level III Trauma Center ICU with Med‑Surg floating required
• Bed Count: 20 beds (ICU) plus Med‑Surg beds
• Patient Population: All adult patients including substance abuse, psychiatric, DKA, sepsis, GI bleed, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, renal failure, cardiogenic shock
• EMR: EPIC
• RN‑to‑Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1 for high acuity; 1:4 or 1:5 when floated to Med‑Surg

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• 2+ years of continuous Adult ICU experience, preferably in MICU
• Tele‑metry competency; ability to read telemetry strips
• Continuous work experience in one location

Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (to be confirmed). Includes tax‑free stipend.
