Job Summary
Part time 20 hours per week. Great for mothers. Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-6pm. Under the administrative direction of the Mammography Supervisor, the Mammographer performs screening mammography at a level of competence that does not require constant supervision and assumes responsibility for designated areas.
Qualifications- Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with others.
- Proficiency in using computers and ability to quickly gain competency in various software applications, including hospital specific applications, Microsoft Office, cell phone, pager.
- Organizational skills to work in an efficient, orderly fashion.
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology Training program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRC/ERT).
- Licensure with the Department of Public Health to practice Mammography in Massachusetts.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Mammography (ARRT).
- CPR Certification required.

One year of mammographer work experience.
