Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team of property management professionals at apartment communities in Gloucester and Mancester-by-the Sea, MA.

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Appliance Repair
• Locks & Keys
• Basic Carpentry
• Painting and Drywall Repair
• Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal
• Cleaning
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas
• Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field with a minimum of 3 years and related job experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both written and verbal
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills a must
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays
• Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Reliable vehicle needed to perform essential duties of the position

Peabody Properties offers $21.16/hr.
