Construction Project Manager

Overview

We re seeking a full-time, Construction Project Manager role based in Salem, MA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience in ground-up and renovation projects in restaurant, commercial and retail markets.

We are looking for a problem-solver, motivated leader, and someone who possess excellent communication skills with clients, team members and subcontractors. Our company is made up of passionate, team-oriented individuals, who love what they do, and have fun doing it.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attend client meetings
• Daily communication with project superintendent and field staff
• Subcontractor review, negotiation and award
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Manage all costs and billables for your projects
• Develop and monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are met

We’re looking for someone with:

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills to interact with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards
• Previous experience in the construction industry with a proven track record of managing successful projects
• Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven leadership and management qualities
• A well thought out approach to problem solving
• Must be proficient in Procore
