Responsibilities- Follow all shop policies, procedures, and employee expectations as instructed.
- Prepare, set up, and operate multiple CNC machine tools while meeting established quality and productivity standards.
- Execute repetitive machining operations by interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed work instructions.
- Conduct in‑process and final inspections to verify part accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Send, receive, and manage CNC programs and maintain accurate electronic and/or manual production documentation.
- Assist with additional manufacturing duties as required to support production needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical or vocational school background is helpful
- 1‑3 Years in a Manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a professional work environment.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers and standard workplace software.
- Ability to maintain great attendance.
- Legal work authorization in the United States—sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
- Sufficient visual ability, with or without correction, to read technical documents and drawings and to inspect finished parts.
- Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the production area, including bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and using hands and arms, while speaking and hearing as needed.
- Capability to safely lift, push, pull, and/or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
