Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Disassemble and set up production equipment and perform sanitation using COP and CIP systems;
Operate SCADA system and complete appropriate paperwork;
Maintain CIP charts and logs;
Train new Associates on sanitation/environmental operations;
Adhere to GMP and Food Safety guidelines and contribute to Safety initiatives
