• Provide direct patient care to residents and patients on the overnight shift, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, reports changes in condition to physicians and other healthcare team members
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff development

• RN or LPN with active licensure in MA, in good standing with the board
• Ability to work 11p-7a shift, full-time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
