MICU RN – Nights & EOW (36 or 48 hrs/week | Floating Required) Unit:
Level III Trauma Center – 20-bed Medical/Surgical ICU Facility: 400+ bed community hospital (220 Med/Surg beds + specialty units) Free On-Site Parking Requirements: 2+ years Adult ICU experience 2+ years continuous experience in one location (preferably MICU) Must be able to read Tele strips (Telemetry competency required) Active Massachusetts RN License BLS & ACLS required EMR: EPIC Unit Details:
Patient Types:
Substance abuse/overdose, severe psychiatric conditions, DKA, sepsis, GI bleed, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, renal failure, cardiogenic shock Attendings & Residents onsite 24/7 RN Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1 (high acuity) | 1:4–1:5 when floated Floating:
Required (primarily to Med/Surg units; up to 4–5 patients)
Schedule:
Night shift (no rotation) Day positions rotate (7a–7p, 11a–11p, or 7p–7a)
