Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts.

MICU RN – Nights & EOW (36 or 48 hrs/week | Floating Required)
- Unit:
Level III Trauma Center – 20-bed Medical/Surgical ICU - Facility: 400+ bed community hospital (220 Med/Surg beds + specialty units)
- Free On-Site Parking
- 2+ years Adult ICU experience
- 2+ years continuous experience in one location (preferably MICU)
- Must be able to read Tele strips (Telemetry competency required)
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- BLS & ACLS required
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Types:
Substance abuse/overdose, severe psychiatric conditions, DKA, sepsis, GI bleed, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, renal failure, cardiogenic shock - Attendings & Residents onsite 24/7
- RN Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1 (high acuity) | 1:4–1:5 when floated
- Floating:
Required (primarily to Med/Surg units; up to 4–5 patients)
- Night shift (no rotation)
- Day positions rotate (7a–7p, 11a–11p, or 7p–7a)
