About This Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Interventional Radiology at Mass General Brigham is responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient and family-centered care. This part-time role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Location: Salem, MA
• Facility: North Shore Medical Center, Inc.
• Schedule: Part-Time, 16 hours/week, Tuesday and Friday 8a-4:30p with call and holiday rotation
• Pay: $37.40 - $90.18/Hourly

• Manage the nursing process and delivery of patient care.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and manage care for all patients.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care consistent with the medical plan.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate services.
• Educate patients and family members on disease processes and treatment plans.
• Maintain competency in nursing practice and clinical skills.
• Delegate appropriate nursing activities to unlicensed personnel.
• Follow hospital policies regarding patient and staff safety.
• Participate in the hiring process and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Engage in activities that promote cooperation among healthcare team members.

• Education: Nursing diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience: 3+ years of medical-surgical nursing experience required, 1 year of critical care experience preferred
