About This Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU at Mass General Brigham is responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient and family-centered care. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in critical care and a commitment to providing exceptional healthcare.

- Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating
- Manage all aspects of the nursing process.
- Deliver patient and family-centered care.
- Utilize governing and administrative resources effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical experts.
- Ensure quality and cost-effective patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years as RN in either an Emergency or a Critical Care Unit.
- Valid/Current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS preferred.
