Home Health Nurse Manager - Massachusetts

Job Description

Apply for this opportunity as a full-time Home Health RN Manager. The position is 80% on the road and 20% office/meetings/paperwork.

Company car is provided included all expenses paid by the company and a full benefits package.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary range is $95,000 - $110,000

Summary:

A Nurse Team Manager is needed to lead a small team (2 LPNs + 1 Nurse Scheduler) managing home health patients in the North Shore area (Winthrop to Rockport). The team meets via Zoom each morning and is based out of the Salem HQ. In addition to managing the team, the manager sees 5-6 patients daily. Travel is supported with a company car and gas card.

Highlights:

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM schedule, with rare after-hours work
• No complex care:
  No wound treatments or IVs - just basic assessments
• Supportive work culture with very low turnover, rare in home health
