This travel opportunity is perfect for Registered Nurses specializing in Telemetry who are eager to elevate their expertise. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position with variable shifts
- Valid RN license, eligible for practice in Massachusetts
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- 1+ year of recent experience in Telemetry
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with telemetry monitoring equipment and technology
- Adaptability in fast-paced hospital settings
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults requiring cardiac monitoring
- Accurately interpret and document telemetry rhythms and respond to arrhythmias
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient management
- Administer medications and implement physician orders
- Educate patients and families on monitoring devices and ongoing care
- Participate in unit meetings, best practice initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
