• Full-time, W-2 hospital-employed CRNA role
• 4×10 weekday schedule – no call, no weekends, no holidays
• Case mix:
  General, ENT, ortho, plastics, urology, neuro
• No OB, peds, trauma, or cardiac
• Regionals optional: spinals, epidurals, blocks
• 2:1 MD-to-CRNA care team model – supportive, well-staffed
• Teaching opportunities available (students on-site)
• New grads welcome to apply

• Above-market base salary
• $25,000 sign-on bonus

• 5 CME days + $2,000 stipend
