About This Role

The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family-centered care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to providing quality, cost-effective patient care.

• Pay: $39.27 - $94.69/Hourly
• Location: Salem, MA
• Facility: North Shore Medical Center, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Evening shift

• Manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and family members on disease processes and care plans.
• Maintain competency in nursing practice and clinical skills.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
• Delegate appropriate nursing activities to unlicensed personnel.
• Participate in hiring and evaluating assigned personnel.
• Conduct and participate in multidisciplinary team conferences.
• Identify problems with systems or processes and recommend improvements.

• Nursing diploma or certificate required, Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

• 3+ years of acute care nursing experience preferred

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certification may be required for specific units
