- Manage all aspects of the nursing process.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical experts.
- Ensure quality and cost-effective patient care.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of Nursing preferred.
Experience: 2 years nursing case management experience required.
Licenses &
Certifications:
Licensed as an RN in the state of Massachusetts required. BLS certification required.
