About This Role

The Nurse Educator - Critical Care is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff, aimed at enhancing clinical skills and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Design and develop educational programs and curricula for nursing staff.
• Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in-service training.
• Facilitate orientation programs for new nursing hires.
• Organize and promote continuing education opportunities for nursing staff.
  
  Evaluate and assess the clinical skills and competencies of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Work collaboratively with nursing leadership and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of educational programs and staff competencies.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience: 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required; 2-3 years of nurse or health training or educator experience preferred
