About This Role
The RN Float Pool position at Mass General Brigham involves managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient and family-centered care.

Highlights- Pay: $39.27 - $94.69/Hourly
- Location: Salem, MA
- Facility: North Shore Medical Center, Inc.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift
- Manage all aspects of the nursing process.
- Deliver patient and family-centered care.
- Utilize governing and administrative resources effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical experts.
- Ensure quality and cost-effective patient care.
Education
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in inpatient care.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts required.
- BLS required, ACLS preferred.
