About This Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Special Care Nursery manages all aspects of the nursing process and delivers patient and family-centered care. This role is ideal for individuals who possess relevant skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality patient care.
Highlights- Pay: $39.27 - $94.69/Hourly
- Location: Salem, MA
- Facility: North Shore Medical Center, Inc.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating
- Manage all aspects of the nursing process.
- Deliver patient and family-centered care.
- Utilize governing and administrative resources effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical experts.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary for patient care.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prefer 2+ years' experience in a NICU, Pediatric ICU, or Special Care Nursery
Certifications:
- Valid/Current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
