- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Location: Salem, Massachusetts
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- At least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to recognize changes in patient condition quickly
- Comfort working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced recovery room environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation skills
- Monitor patients closely during immediate post-anesthesia recovery in the PACU
- Assess vital signs, pain levels, neurological status, airway stability, and overall condition
- Respond promptly to post-op complications or changes in patient status
- Administer medications and nursing interventions according to care needs and protocols
- Prepare patients for safe transfer, discharge, or the next level of care
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative care team to support excellent outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly
