Job Summary

Bring your nursing expertise to a collaborative outpatient urology practice where patient connection, clinical excellence, and teamwork come together every day. Our team at 400 Highland Avenue in Salem, MA evaluates and treats a wide range of adult urologic conditions, offering advanced care that includes minimally invasive surgical techniques such as laparoscopic, endoscopic, extracorporeal, and percutaneous approaches. In this Per Diem role, you'll help fill staffing gaps caused by call-outs, vacations, leaves, and vacancies.

In this role, you will help fill staffing gaps caused by call-outs, vacations, leaves, and vacancies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable communicating by phone. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver direct patient care and nursing support in an outpatient ambulatory setting
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and assist with outpatient procedures
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team members to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Support infection control standards and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred Active Registered Nurse license required Basic Life Support certification preferred 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience required 1–2 years of ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred
