Job Description:
Join a Level III Trauma Center as a registered nurse in the Medical ICU (MICU) for a 13-week contract. This assignment offers a mix of night shifts, primarily from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with floating responsibilities across Med Surg units, caring for adult patients with complex diagnoses such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac events. Your expertise in telemetry and adult ICU care will be essential, as you manage high-acuity patients with a patient-to-nurse ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:5.
The hospital provides on-site free parking, and you’ll work with experienced attendings and residents in a 20-bed ICU environment. This role is perfect for an experienced ICU nurse seeking varied patient care and a chance to work in a well-established community hospital.
