About This Role
The Registered Nurse Lactation Lead is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients' clinical needs, and providing individualized nursing care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to take on a leadership position within a supportive healthcare environment.
Highlights- Pay: $36 - $69/hour
- Location: Salem, MA
- Facility: North Shore Medical Center, Inc.
- Schedule: Part-Time
- Interpret the plan of medical care for patients.
- Assess patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care.
- Ensure nursing care is provided safely and competently.
- Provide individualized nursing care for groups of patients.
- Act in a lead capacity to other nursing staff.
Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience required
Certifications:
- Current RN License in Massachusetts required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred
