• Region: North Shore Massachusetts / Greater Boston area
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/18/2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010
• Charting System: EPIC
• Floating: Required
• Schedule Notes: Rotating shifts may be required to help cover open night shifts; every-other-weekend coverage is expected

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in one location
• Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience
• Ability to read cardiac telemetry strips and identify rhythm changes
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Experience caring for adult medical patients in a telemetry or cardiac monitoring setting
• Strong adaptability, teamwork, and patient-centered communication skills
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system preferred

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult medical telemetry patients on a busy inpatient unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, cardiac strips, and patient status changes
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and document accurately in EPIC
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the care team to support safe patient outcomes
• Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 4 to 5 patients per RN
• Float as needed and adapt to changing unit needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting a positive unit culture
