About This Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Special Care Nursery (SCN) is responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient and family-centered care during night shifts. This role is ideal for individuals with relevant skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

• Pay: $39 - $95/hour
• Location: Salem, MA
• Facility: North Shore Medical Center, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift

• Manage all aspects of the nursing process.
• Deliver patient and family-centered care.
• Utilize governing and administrative resources effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical experts.
• Ensure quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to patient age.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience:

• Prefer 2+ years experience in NICU, Pediatric ICU, or Special Care Nursery

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Valid/Current RN License in Massachusetts
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
