American Traveler is hiring an experienced M/S Tele Float Pool RN for night shifts with every-other-weekend rotation across multiple units, requiring active MA RN licensure and telemetry experience.

• Float pool position requiring flexibility to work across 8 different Med/Surg Tele units (Davenport 5, 7, 8, 9, ED, PH6/7, Pingree 4, and Overflow)
• Hospital setting with 371 total beds, units ranging from 8 to 41 beds
• Night shift schedule (19:00-07:30) with every other weekend required
• Rotation requirement of 1 to 3 shifts to nights per contract for Days/Eves staff
• Patient population includes ED border patients, acute mental health medication management, and non-vented ICU transfer-ready patients
• Clinician to patient ratios up to 5:1 on Days/Eves and up to 6:1 on Nights
• Uses Epic EMR for charting
• 13-week assignment length

• Active Massachusetts RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification preferred
• 2 years of acute care hospital experience in one location required
• 2 years of experience working as a Traveler required
• Telemetry monitoring skills including interpreting strips every 4 hours
• TR Band experience required
• Experience performing cardiac drips and reading tele strips required
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions

• Responsible for cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and interpreting telemetry strips
• Free on-site parking available
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of the facility to be eligible for standard rate
• RTO must be disclosed prior to starting the assignment
