American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical Telemetry unit position requiring active MA RN licensure and the ability to read cardiac telemetry strips.

• 36-hour weekly schedule on night shift, 19:00-07:30
• Rotating shifts required as needed to cover open night shifts, with occasional day rotation
• Every other weekend required
• New 24-bed private room inpatient medical telemetry unit
• Adult medical patient population
• Patient ratio of 4-5 patients per RN
• Uses EPIC charting system
• Floating required

• Active Massachusetts RN license required, no conditional licenses accepted
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in one location required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Traveler required
• Ability to read cardiac telemetry strips required
• EPIC charting experience preferred

• Provide direct patient care to adult medical patients on a telemetry unit
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston
