Part-time shop keyholder

Witch City Wicks is a small candle, home and gift shop looking for a part‑time retail keyholder to join the team in our Salem location. Candidates will learn about our unique small business and possess the communication skills to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers.

This role is 15–30 hours per week and perfect for someone who loves small business vibes, gorgeous scents, and creating a magical experience for every customer who steps through our door.

• Help uphold the WCW brand keeping the shop looking and running smoothly
• Ring up purchases with speed, courtesy, and just the right amount of charm
• Engage with customers and turn their visit into a memorable moment (bonus points if you love talking about our fragrances)
• Receive and process shipments for all the new goodies incoming!
• Flex your merchandising skills to keep the shop looking its mystical best
• Keep inventory organized and displays on point with our visual guidelines
• Open and close the shop with confidence and care

• You’re 18 or older
• You’ve got drive, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• You’re flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends as needed
• Previous keyholder experience (pop‑up, boutique, or specialty retail preferred)
• A natural leader who supports and mentors sales associates
• Familiar with Square or similar POS systems
• High‑energy, friendly, and professional. Let our customers feel your good vibes and charm.
• Quick problem‑solver and fast learner
• Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs
