Sales Representative, Business Development, Outside / Field Sales
A rapidly growing and well regarded Architectural Sign Company is looking to add a local Signage Sales Representative to their team! This growing company offers their clients valuable knowledge and expertise in Custom Architectural Signage. Due to the recent growth of the company, there is an opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to join the team. They are looking for someone who is driven to succeed, understands the commercial signage industry, and has the ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients, both externally and internally.

- 2+ years of sales experience within the commercial signage, architectural signage, graphics, construction, or related industry.
- Proven track record of developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Experience selling custom architectural signage, environmental graphics, way finding, channel letters, monument signs, pylons, and other commercial signage is highly preferred.
- Ability to prospect, cold call, network, generate leads, and develop new accounts.
- Strong understanding of the commercial signage sales process from initial client contact through estimating, design, fabrication, installation, and project completion.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and specifications is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using CRM systems, iPad/tablet technology, and other sales software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously.
- Must be motivated, possess a strong work ethic, be self-driven, and have the ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with estimating, project management, design, fabrication, and installation teams.
- Must have a valid driver's license and possess a clean driving record.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
- Existing relationships with general contractors, architects, property managers, developers, retailers, or other commercial clients is a BIG plus.
