Our client is building a new facility and has asked us to find a Sr. Food Scientist to build an R&D department from the ground up! This individual will play a key role in product development, production, scale ups, market analysis, trend identification, establishing processes and procedures, hiring a team, budgeting & more.

- Full Time Compensation: $120,000-$135,000 + Bonus Company Quick Facts:

- Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects within company
- 6+ years R&D experience within food and/or beverage manufacturing
- Bachelors Degree
- Science based, Prefer Food Science or Chemistry - Must have product development experience with fda & usda products
