• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical
• Inspect property, communicate repair opportunities to customers, and identify additional work that can be performed.
• Earn customer confidence and inquire about additional projects.
• Fix minor issues while educating customers on available services.
• Maintain punctuality, efficiency, and integrity to achieve top customer satisfaction.
• Participate as an integral part of a winning team.
• Consistently exceed customers' expectations.

• 3+ years of handyman experience
• Own truck or van and required tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical)
• Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and provide prompt, professional resolutions
• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools
• Proficiency with required equipment for specific tasks

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
