Pay Range: $28 to $30 per hour. The estimate is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Princeton Properties, a premier New England-based Property Management firm, is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our Princeton Crossing property in Salem, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone with multifamily apartment‑home maintenance skills and experience.

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Whether you’re just starting or have a few years of maintenance experience, this is an exciting opportunity.

• Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues (training provided).
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Work independently and with a team to keep our communities clean and functioning.
• Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed.
• Participate in snow removal when required (including nights/weekends during storms).

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands‑on environment.
• Some maintenance experience is great (apartment or general repair) but not required – training will be provided.
• Possesses a basic set of hand tools (hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill bits) and is comfortable using them.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks such as bending, reaching, crawling, etc.
• Willingness to be on‑call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule).
• Preferred candidate lives in the greater North Andover area and must pass a pre‑employment background screening.
