Experienced Restoration Supervisor — Lead Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation Crews | Manchester, NH
SERVPRO Team JRF, a nine-location restoration operation serving New Hampshire and Massachusetts, is hiring an experienced Restoration Supervisor to lead field crews on water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation projects out of our Manchester, NH facility.
This is not an entry‑level role. We are hiring a working crew leader who has already run mitigation jobs — someone who can walk onto a loss, scope it, set containment, direct technicians, document per IICRC standards, and communicate with customers and adjusters from day one.

- Lead 2–4 person crews on residential and commercial water, fire, and mold losses
- Perform on‑site scoping, moisture mapping, and daily monitoring/documentation
- Set up drying equipment, containment, and demolition per IICRC S500/S520 standards
- Complete daily job documentation, photos, and drying logs in restoration software
- Communicate job status directly with customers, project managers, and adjusters
- Train and direct restoration technicians on‑site
- Participate in the on‑call rotation for emergency response (paid on‑call bonus program)
- 2+ years of hands‑on restoration/mitigation experience (water damage restoration, fire cleanup, or mold remediation)
- Prior experience leading a crew or running jobs independently
- IICRC WRT certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (you will drive company vehicles)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in crawl spaces/attics, and wear PPE including respirators
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable availability for rotating on‑call emergency response
- IICRC ASD, FSRT, or AMRT certifications
- Experience with Xactimate scoping
- Experience on large‑loss commercial projects
- OSHA 10/30
- $26.00–$32.00/hour based on experience and certifications
