We are seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumbing Technician to join our team in Salem, MA
. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while providing an exceptional customer experience.

- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings
- Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related systems
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs, recommendations, and system maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician
- Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
- Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $80,000-$130,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
