Install, inspect, replace, test and repair HVAC/R equipment and systems throughout hospital facilities;
Adjust controls to maintain air quality in surgical and acute care rooms;
Read schematics/MEP drawings and estimate time/materials for installations;
Perform preventative maintenance and major repairs on refrigeration and air conditioning systems;
Coordinate with outside contractors and hospital departments to resolve HVAC/R problems
